Oh in-dweller of our hearts!

Oh knower of our inner feelings!

You move along,

Wherever our sights tend towards,

Also beyond and still beyond.

You are the lord of life.

You have created this universe.

The ignorant man comprehends nothing.

Being caught up in the snares of ignorance,

He suffers and wails through out his life.

Oh ruler of our hearts!

In this divine creation,

Your consciousness alone shines out,

But man fails to figure out.

Give us divine knowledge,

Give us knowledge on devotion,

Let the mind and vital energy be fixed on you.

Let this be our prayer always.

Oh lord! The ruler of our hearts!
